Shrub Soda Recipe
Mix 1 part shrub to 5-6 parts sparkling water.
Meyer Lemon Whiskey Sour
2 oz whiskey
1 oz meyer lemon shrub
Shake with ice, strain into a glass with fresh ice, garnish with a lemon slice and cherry
Grapefruit Shrub Paloma
1 1/2 oz tequila blanco
1 oz marsh ruby grapefruit shrub
4 oz sparkling water
Add ice, grapefruit shrub, and tequila into glass, stir to chill. Top glass with sparkling water, stir to mix, and enjoy!

1 oz gin
1/2 oz bearss lime shrub
1/2 oz maraschino liquor
1/2 oz green chartreuse
