Shipping + Handling
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship from our Atlanta studio within 1-3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, we will contact you via e-mail.
Sales tax will be applied only to items shipping to the state of Georgia.
If you are located outside of the United States, feel free to send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) you would like to purchase and your shipping information. We will gladly work with you to assess shipping rates and pinpoint any issues with international customs down the line. Items will ship via USPS Priority Mail International, which is estimated to take approximately 6-10 days (barring any issues).
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Returns + Exchanges
Our products are hand-selected with great care. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that you may change your mind. Full-price, unused, merchandise in its original packaging is eligible for a refund ONLY within 7 days of receipt (postmarked within the 7-day window). Write to us at email@example.com for more specific return instructions. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of damaged goods). Skin care items and perishables/edibles are FINAL SALE.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace the item at no additional cost to you or issue you a refund.
If your purchase is a gift, please let us know at checkout and we will be sure not to include a receipt when we ship. We're happy to include a special message with your gift—just leave us a note in the appropriate section at checkout or e-mail us at email@example.com once you've completed your purchase.
We respect your privacy and promise to do everything we can to protect your personal information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your personal information and order history will never be sold or given to a third party. Customers may opt-out of our newsletter at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the newsletter page or e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
